- March 2009: Resident & Occupant, the animation of our work by Spencer Cross, has been accepted as one of the animated shorts for the East End Film Festival in April
- February 2009: VWBS will participate in the Midcentury Modern sale show at Dulwich College on Sunday March 29th.
- February 2009: VWBS is working on the new showroom for German furniture company Walter Knoll to open in London this spring.
- January 2009: Gong Xi Fa Cai or Happy Lunar New Year from us at VWBS.
- October 2008: our Molecule dishes are in use as the breakfast dishes at the newly opened Opposite House Hotel in Beijing designed by Kengo Kuma
- October 2008: Decode London (maker of our new Tripod stool) is the Best New Brand at the British Design Awards 2008.
- September: Resident & Occupant is a new animation by Spencer Cross for VWBS at our installation at the Popup Design Store in Clerkenwell during the London Design Festival.
- August 2008: Setcast will be available at the Sunday&Rex first Pop-Up gallery in London’s East End from 30th August – 14th September.
- July 2008 : Look out for our piece of SETCAST at the V&A Village Fete tombola (in aid of Article 25) next Friday July 25th
- June 2008 : Voon Wong is a speaker at the series of talks “Summer Nights” organised by the Architecture Foundation on August 20th for leading young practices in London.
- May 2008 : Voon Wong is one of the guest speakers at this year’s Datum event in Kuala Lumpur, the leading architecture conference in the region, alongside Kengo Kuma and Bjarke Ingels at the beginning of July.
